In August 2019, I accompanied the board of JHPIEGO on a “trip to the field” to visit the areas of service, where the organization was taking care of mothers and children. While there, I had my Pentax K1000 around my neck the whole time. I set out to capture intimate moments of mother and child, friends and the rhythm of life.
